Okay so it's almost been a year...

So it's almost been a full year since the last time I wrote a blog entry. I know I know, I spoil y'all with so many entries in such a short time. So, what's been going on with me over the past *checks notes* 10 months? Oh, just you wait, boy do I have a story to share...

No, actually, I really don't. There hasn't been much going on. Lots and lots of Mario Golf and Mario Kart on the Nintendo Switch. I went to Maine for the weekend with my friends last...ummm...weekend...and that was pretty fun. Nothing like hiking a mountain and swimming in a lake to remind you that you're about as in shape as a sack of potatoes. That actually might be an insult to a sack of potatoes. *writes a note to apologize to the sack of potatoes in his kitchen*

Oh, there was the time for about 6-8 months where I was virtually blind. I mean, not really blind, I could see perfectly fine up to 5 ft. But beyond that? Ha! I couldn't read a stop sign while stopped at the stop sign. Good thing I live in Massachusetts where all traffic laws are optional. In all seriousness though, I have no idea what happened and neither does the eye doctor. But hey, she told me there was no damage on my eyes, so yay!

Oh! I published the second book in the series The Elder's Curse! How could I forget about that ON THE WEBSITE DEDICATED TO MY WRITING!?! Thanks to everyone who bought a copy and read it! And thanks to everyone who didn't because YOUR DISRESPECT KEEPS THESE FINGERS TYPING. Well, that and the fact that I can't end a series at Book 2 when I have sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many more books to write. But that's not the point.

Also, I hear you already, "But Andrew, when is the 3rd book coming out!?!?" Like, okay, slow down. You can't rush perfection, baby. Will it be out next year? Maybe. Will it be out the year after? Maybe. I DON'T KNOW, LEAVE ME ALONE. There is good news though, and that is I've already started...uhh...rewriting it. I know, I can hear you saying, "Wait, rewriting!?!?" And yeah, rewriting because the whole last 3/4 of the book was garbage. I mean, it wasn't garbage, it was just boooooring. So boring I used bold, italics, and underline to really hammer home how boring it was. So I'm rewriting it, and because of that, the release will most likely be delayed. But don't fret, because it's going to be so much betterrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. See how many R's I used with the bold, italics, and underline? Yeah, more than the O's in boring. Because that's how much better it is going to be once I'm done with it. I swear on Ulam's life. And now I know what you're thinking. "Wait, did he just swear on one of his main characters' lives? Should we be scared?" I DON'T KNOW, YOU'LL JUST HAVE TO KEEP READING.

Okay, I'm starting to ramble. To reiterate: everything is good in my world now that I'm not blind anymore and I'm working on Book #3. Also my cat is still suuuuuuuuuper cute.
